How to take cares of dentures
Caring for dentures properly is essential to keep them looking good, functioning well, and lasting as long as possible. Here are some key tips:

Daily Cleaning
Rinse after eating: Remove and rinse dentures under running water after meals to remove food particles.
Brush daily: Use a soft-bristled brush or a denture brush with a non-abrasive denture cleaner to gently brush all surfaces of the dentures. Avoid using regular toothpaste, as it can be too abrasive.
Soak overnight. Place your dentures in a mild denture-soaking solution or water overnight. This keeps them moist and helps maintain their shape. Never use hot water, as it can warp them.

Rinse Before Putting Back In
After soaking, rinse dentures thoroughly, especially if you used a denture cleanser. These cleansers can contain chemicals that may be harmful if ingested.

Handle with Care
Dentures are delicate and can break if dropped. Handle them over a soft towel or a basin of water to cushion them if they slip from your hands.

Regular Dental Visits
Even with dentures, regular dental check-ups are important. Dentists can examine your gums for any signs of irritation or infection, check for proper fit, and adjust them as needed to avoid discomfort or slippage.

Avoid Certain Substances
Avoid whitening toothpaste, which can be abrasive. Also, avoid bleach-based products, which can weaken and discolor the denture material.

Oral Hygiene for the Mouth
Clean your gums, tongue, and any remaining natural teeth with a soft toothbrush each morning before inserting dentures. This improves circulation, helps maintain oral hygiene, and removes plaque.

Following these steps will help keep your dentures clean, functional, and comfortable, helping you maintain a confident smile and good oral health.
